Golfers are spoilt for choice with five superb golf courses/clubs within 10 minutes driving distance of the villa - Santa Clara Golf Club, Santa Maria Golf Country Club, Marbella Golf Country Club, Golf Rio Real, Cabopino Golf Club. Golf fees vary from course to course and Santa Maria Golf offers cheaper green fees when golfers opt to play late afternoon. All offer buggy and trolley hire. Santa Clara Golf has a large golf school, featuring more than 20 positions for golf practice. Due to the size of school's tee, practice can take place on grass - not requiring the use of the artificial mats. It also has two putting greens, an approach shot area, a practice bunkers area and a pitching green. Group golf lessons, for example, for 4 people, are very reasonably priced at around 20 euros per person.

Golf bookings can be made at any of these clubs prior to your holiday or last minute bookings can be made depending on time of year. The late afternoon sessions at Santa Maria Golf have proved extremely popular with previous guests and are bookable one day in advance.

Royal Tennis Club, El Rosario, Marbella
All nine tennis courts at the club are set amongst beautiful subtropical surroundings in the urbanisation of El Rosario - just 15 minutes walk from the villa. The eight clay courts and one hard court are cared for and maintained daily by maintenance specialists. For relaxation after matches, the club has restaurant/bar facilities which are also open to non-players.

The club is open from early in the morning until late evening when guests are able to play by floodlight. A range of racquets are available to hire.

We can organise court bookings and tennis lessons where required, and can sometimes organise play with local club members. Previous guests have taken part in tennis tournaments with players of various nationalities.
